A motive is an inner state, supervision is overseeing work, and a motivator is a technique used to motivate. The word 'influence them to contribute their best' matches Leadership most accurately.

Note: The NTA question wording overlaps with motivation definitions too, but 'influence to contribute best' is the standard NCERT definition of Leadership. We have picked Leadership.
