Idioms & Phrases and Phrasal Verbs

every time i write a mock, I find sentence completion and sentence corrrection are the 2 major types of questions where i suck.

In sentence correction, i need to iprove my grammar and work on general verbal ability and that path is clear and doable and i am working on it.

but, the problem is sentence completion, here comes 2 types of questions- idioms and phrases and phrasal verbs.

the problem with these 2 is there's no clear pattern to learn these (or idk it). how can i learn thousands of phasal verbs and idioms and if i don't have to, how could i find the most relevent ones.

see, phrasal verbs are even doable as there are some clusters and the main word and we have to learn in that pattern and there's a systematic way to learn them.

the main problem lies with idioms, how can one learn all?!!!! or even get a clear way that it must be done this way or to be followed by this source

someone pls get me a pdf of all (almost) idioms and phrases from which i can get an idea these are the all (probably) and try to learn systematically. i dont want to learn these in parts (like somw ==e from mocks, some from yt videos, etc.) in that way, i will be facing unseeen idioms till exam day.

please suggestme the way to approach this
