Syllabus

my number system is really weak as i was not able to practice questions of it so should i practice it alongside arithmetic or should i just focus on rest of the syllabus first then once im done with rest of syllabus then come back to number system

I think the answer given is wrong

They have given the birth and death rate, but they both are considered per 1000 people, so wont the 3% here mean 3 per 1000
