how do you categorise the doubts in doubts balti, at first i created them based on topic name but i realised it can be done using the filter also , so can anyone tell me any efficient way to categorise the doubts?

I want to prepare for IPMAT properly but i dont have time to waste watching full 2 hours+ length lectures for each topic and there are many topics to cover. So i would like to know whether all the video lectures in afterboards combined, fully cover the entire IPMAT ( all 3 ) sylabus. I understnd that practise is needed, i am tlaking about the theory/concept side of things.
