I've currently been waitlisted at Ranchi, Indore and Shillong and I've come to a realisation that none of them might convert. I scored 339 in JIPMAT 2026 as a general male and I have IIM BG acceptance with me. I feel like I can probably convert Jammu as well, but which one should I go to ? I've seen NIRF rankings so far and BG stands at 31 whilst Jammu stands at 35. Bg has a higher highest package, while jammu has a higher average so I'm just really confused. I don't really care about the small nuances that both have as of now (single rooms at Jammu, higher fee at Jammu, safety concerns at jammu, etc.). But I'd like to walk away with clarity in my head ki which one is better.

my first priority is bcom hons and then secondly, eco hons so i am thinking of going with bst+eco+acc+maths and eng but i am considering gat as well because then i will be elligible for bba and bms [ more options], so then should i go with eco+acc+maths+gat and eng but i feel with maths/gat it'll be harder to score!! help pls

i have been alotted sscbs bba fia, my first pref was srcc ba econ and i missed it by 7 marks, im sure im around WL 1/2 (ews) so i will most likely convert if i upgrade but the question is, should i upgrade? which is better for me srcc ba econ h or sscbs bba fia if i want to pursue consulting in the future

i have talked to people and they say

if i want flexiblity go to srcc

if i want proper b school enviornment, go to sscbs

but im really confused, please help

i got seat allocation in du csas portal but i didnt get "ACCEPT" button instead it says "APPROVAL FROM COLLEGE UNDER PROCESS". but when i click the view button in portal it says that i have accepted the seat allocation but i never saw the accept button. plss tell me what to do ASAP as the deadline is tomorrow.

I'm a reserved candidate (ST) who barely score 100 in ipmat and I somehow cleared iim amritsar but the problem it is my only option so far, I don't know if i wanna pursue such math intensive course because my base is weak and I'm not sure if I wanna pursue such a technical course. My parents and friends suggest to not drop amritsar but im not really sure as I'm worried if I fail to keep up w the math, it might tank cgpa. I'm waiting on jipmat results and rohtak 3rd list but I'm genuinely hopeless because neither my jipmat score is good. Please someone drop a word of advice. I'm paying the commitment fees to give myself more time before i have to pay term fees.

I have received an offer letter from Rohtak and currently have waitlist rank 1 for Ranchi.

Rohtak is closer to my home and has more seats, which is why my parents are inclined towards it. However, I’m still confused because I don’t want location to be the deciding factor.

My plan is to prepare for CAT after 3 years, but I also want the option of continuing with the MBA (preferably in finance) through the IPM program.

So, which one would be better in terms of:

●Academics

●Campus life

●Placements (especially finance roles)

Would really appreciate honest advice from seniors or anyone who has researched both.
