I am currently in class 12th CBSE board, taking offline coaching for IPMAT. My scores are really low in Indore mocks (95-115) whether it is on my coaching's website or Afterboards. The Indore QA(MCQ) section feels very challenging for me, however QA(SA) is fine and VA is just okay. I have strong LR, decent QA and okayish VA.

It is already January, should I just leave Indore and rather focus on Rohtak and JIPMAT?

I have planned to give CUET (English, BST, Accountancy, Core Mathematics & GAT), IIMB(DBE) and IIMK(BMSAT) besides IPMAT Rohtak and JIPMAT if so.

I need serious advice to know what will be best for me according to the given condition.

If you're a general male candidate -- you should make a call if you're able to prepare MCQ from perhaps harder sources. The current scores won't cut it -- especially since you have to prepare for boards now.
However, studying for IPMAT Indore helps a lot with Rohtak & JIPMAT -- don't stress it then. See your SWOT, unless you're having distinct trouble with Modern Math, I wouldn't recommend skipping Indore. Because you'll open doors to Ranchi, Shillong, Amritsar and more.
