So, the thing is I haven't spoken to a large group (4 to 5 people) for the past 3 years, and now my condition is that I can't even speak in front of my very close relatives. I just go blank while speaking, to such an extent that I keep on asking "Are wo kya tha", "Kya kehte hai use", "Are whi", etc. between every 5 to 10 sentences (even when talking in Hindi). Not only this, my whole face starts to shake during conversations, even with my parents and grandparents. And all this is very, very discouraging to me when my prep goes down (which is now at its lowest). Though I keep practicing it in my head, I can't speak a sentence out loud. Also, my mind speaks such fluent English, but when it comes to speaking in real life, my mouth just shakes, stutters, and goes blank. Earlier I convinced myself that I would do better with more and more practice, but as of now, there has been no progress.
Not only does it hamper my confidence, but it also affects my preparation and makes me think that even if I clear my cutoff somehow by luck or chance, how will I tackle the interview!!!
