Im from MH board and had a doubt that how different is the syllabus of cuet and how much prep is required for a good score? also where should i start prep from?

The syllabus is very different! It also depends on, where are you from; which subjects are you choosing! Because, my subjects for class 12th are english, sanskrit, maths, ocm, eco and accounts. But due to huge differences in syllabus of maths, I need to drop maths and choose bst for the prep (since I also need to focus on ipmat and managing all these things aren't practically possible unless you are from science background or understand trigonometry related concepts very fast).
Now, coming to the point, the syllabus is very different! I am learning the concepts from a couple of months; accounts meh if overview dekhe toh issue of debentures hi add on h shayad but context wise dekhe, toh approx every other ch meh kuch n kuch concepts alag mil hi jate h! Eco toh ~50% similar h; haan bst meh ocm and sp k concepts h toh ~80% similar
But, maths ~30-40% similar (ch wise 60-70% similar h but conceptual perspective se, bhot differences h)

So, overall 50-60% similar you can say!

Omg now I’m kinda scared after reading this ðŸ˜I didn’t realize the syllabus difference was that big. I’m also preparing for IPMAT, so now I’m honestly thinking of not giving CUET at all. It’s already hard to manage both boards and IPMAT prep, maybe CUET would just be too much? What do you think?

Yk it's very difficult to drop cuet, if your economics is good you should probably give cuet too, rn what I am doing is just focus over conceptual learning! Mne toh pura bst 2 weeks meh khatam kr diya. Bst toh easily ho jayega, accounts accha h. You just need to cope up with concepts of eco! I would definitely tell you have a look at cuet maths once, if it's easy for you why to drop sscbs and eco hons from du! If it's manageable go for it! Meh toh abhi srf concepts clear kr lunga; and purely focusing on boards and ipmat.
Baaki boards k baad crash course se cuet ka syllabus smjh k mocks lgane ka plan h! Hua toh thik h nhi toh ipmat bhot accha chal rha h! Only point for choosing cuet is ki meh jipmat nhi dne wala and ipmat k back up meh cuet ek accha option h! I don't want to lose my options so fast ðŸ˜
