I am getting those signs from the very start. Is it for the 'difficulty level '?

Pretty sure they're basically just a visual indicator for "marks" similar to how there's a tick next to the number of correct questions.
If you mean literally, then that looks like the top of a test sheet that got some kid an A+ on his test that was torn from the sheet.
It is just a simple icon for marks. Nothing abt difficulty level.
As I said, it never changes, even if I get low marks on an easy test. ??
It is a simple "ICON". It is just a Placeholder for Marks/Score.

They are amazing, and I noticed a pattern: for good sentences, you don't need heavy words and crisp irony.
Good sentences need authenticity and honesty; OBSERVE what happens around you.
Sounds simple, but it's hard to master.

Most of the sentences you see of mine on the list are just basic observations of Human Nature and Psychology mixed with emotions of sadness and unconventional perspectives.
Do it for some time and you'll get good at it!
