I once faced this issue before and reloaded using ctrl+r but lost all the the progress, once again I am facing the same issue of not being able to submit my sectional test. Even though the time is up it does not auto submit.

Please do NOT refresh your sectional page, it removes the attempt and then fetches a new sectional.
Right now, do NOT close this tab, please raise a ticket on www.afterboards.in/tickets from the exact same device and browser, this way, we can try recovering if the cache is present. Fingers crossed!

unfortunately that tab was making my device hang, so I had to close it. However, I was able to calculate my marks manually and verify them online, so not much of a issue in that, although it still does have certain problems such as not registering data for future analysis and such but its ok as long as the afterboards' team prevents it from happening in the future.
We'll be making sure that this never hapens again. We'll be recreating a system tomorrow. Right now, we've pushed a fix.
In the event that this ever happens again (to be prudent), please keep the tab open and raise a ticket from the same browser and device immediately.
Also, even if you've closed the tab (but haven't opened another sectional), can you try raising a ticket (same browser, same device): www.afterboards.in/tickets — just to check in case we're able to salvage any data (from your browser cache)
