This question is almost certainly lifted from NCERT Class 12, Themes in Indian History, where the caption explicitly identifies:

“The Varaha or boar avatar of Vishnu rescuing the earth goddess, Aihole (Karnataka), c. sixth century CE.”

There is also a famous Varaha relief at Mahabalipuram and an even more famous Varaha panel at Udayagiri, so the question is slightly dangerous without context. But for this exact wording, Aihole is clearly the intended answer because it matches the NCERT caption nearly verbatim.
