If you're always choosing the wrong option, then understand that your intuition is misleading you. Try choosing the opposite now.

I LITERALLY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. You know what I did? I slowed down. I can see you're doing it in 7 mins only. When I was facing this problem I used to spend over 20 mins on a single rc. The current goal is not to minimize the time, but to maximize the score and acquire the thought process. Revisit the paragraph like 20 times, read the question again and again and try to understand the crux of the passage. Eventually you'll see progress.
