I’m a full-time dropper and a bit confused about how many hours I should study daily. I’m also weak in Math—sometimes even after going through the concepts, I struggle to actually start solving questions. How should I plan my time so that I can stay consistent and improve without burning out? pls provide some suggestions

See there ain't no magic potion buddy. You gotta grind hard to get to IIM Indore. I am trying to break down your question in several parts and answer each of them separately. How many hours should you study?
6–8 focused hours/day. Not more.
More hours = burnout, not rank.
Rule: Consistency > intensity
7 hrs daily for months beats 12 hrs for a week.
If you’re weak in Math (very common)
Your issue isn’t concepts — it’s starting anxiety.
Fix it with this simple rule:
Concept → Assisted → Independent
20–30 min: Learn formula + 1 example
40–60 min: Solve while seeing steps (copy if needed)
30 min: 5–8 easy questions, timer ON
Goal is starting, not solving everything.
Daily structure (burnout-safe)
Morning (2.5–3 hrs): Math / LR (weakest subject)
Afternoon (2–2.5 hrs): VARC / easy wins
Evening (1.5–2 hrs): Revision + error log
Avoid Math at night
Avoid random subject switching
Weekly non-negotiables
1 mock / sectional
2–3 hrs analysis
1 light/rest day
Mocks don’t improve scores. Analysis does.
Mindset that keeps you consistent
“I must solve questions”
"I must attempt calmly”
Track effort, not marks:
Did I attempt Math today?
Did I revise mistakes?
If yes → day successful
Thanks a lot for the advice!
finally something pragmatic and didn't confuse me further. 10/10
