How do I improve parajumbles score?

I have sucked at parajumbles pretty much since the beginning of my IPMAT prep. I consistently get about 105-115 in my VA sectionals out of which i probably score 0/20 or maybe even in the negatives if i look at my parajumble score alone. How do i improve my parajumbles score ?
