I can see you choose the c option with reference from the 3rd paragraph. Even though it is explicitly stating "language is not something that parents teach their children..." it is used to support the arguement that language is instinctual- that's like the whole essence of the whole passage. And the language being taught discussion comesonly in the 3rd paragraph but throughout the passage, they're basically trying to convince the reader that it IS instinct by providing examples supporting it. So it would make more sense for option A to be the right answer.
