The line refers to the theatrical nature of the optical illusion not the illusion itself, doesn't it?

So I got this one correct let me clear it out for you... In the passage if you read it again, it clearly (after stating the line) "orbital mechanics at its most dramatic", follows by explaining the specific dramatic essence mentioned which is the optical illusion created by the Saturn during this phenomenon as a whole rather than just a theatrical nature of it and since this specific event is caused by a perfect orbital mechanism involving exact degree allignment making it invisible at a certain angle is what the writer is trying to emphasize in this passage calling it as "dramatic"!!! Hope you get it now (^_^)
That cleared things up! Thanks!
