I'm really scared of trigonometry. 10th Tak ki trigonometry aati hai but I don't know how to cover 11th 12th ka trigonometry. Any channel recommendations for non math people like me?

I personally liked Anurag Chauhan sir's videos (11th/12th trig), however, it might vary depending on the individual.
Try seeing any of the top videos (that come in the search result). 11th NCERT trigno is good enough for IPMAT.
