My score is kinda low. Is my performance that bad ? I actually solved all the 4 questions that I lost in SA but i didn't give the right answers to the questions. How do i improve from this disaster ?

Definitely not a disaster for a first mock.
If you could solve Sa questions but messed up the answers then that's good, you know what not to do and where to double check for next time.
For VA, give more sectionals and indentify weaknesses.
Instead of labelling it as a disaster, analyse it instead. https://www.reddit.com/r/IPMATtards/s/HeW3PNXIm0 a basic guide to mock analysis, it's a bit long but worth the read imo

your qa score is pretty good ngl

improve your varc scores like push for 120+ consistently in sectionals and mocks
