Multiple things go hand-in-hand.
Maths cannot be learnt by just "watching" -- unless you've completed 50+ questions at least, you're not going to remember. If you don't revise the very next day and then after 7 days -- you're going to forget, that's how law-of-forgetfullness strikes.
Hence, if you're learning Time & Work right now, you should be doing the 10-20 questions attached to each video WITHOUT fail. Then, you should do the topic-tests (2-levels) after you complete the videos. Then, 2 days later, do level-3/4. Then, in the weekend, filter all the wrong/unanswered questions, solve them again. If you still feel underconfident, open one of the textbooks and take T&W questions (I recommend Arun Sharma LOD2)... try it out.
Meanwhile, while you're doing topic-tests of Time & Work, start another chapter's video-lecs & attached questions!
