VA: 85/180 (my strongest section)

VA accuracy drops when I attempt full mocks, but when I give VA sectionals, I score noticeably higher.

What I’ve noticed

I over-attempt VA in full mocks → accuracy drops
Time pressure from Quants affects my VA decision-making
I spend too much time stuck in a few traps
Easy questions missed > wrong tough questions attempted

How do I maintain VA sectional-level performance in full mocks?
Should I reduce VA attempts to protect accuracy?
How did you guys balance boards + IPMAT prep without burning out?
Any strategy for controlling negative marking in full mocks?

Va sectional level in mocks will only come through practice, over time you'll develop the stamina to sit for 2 hours and be productive till last. Only way is to keep giving mocks

Yes, but to a certain limit only, make educated guesses still, but don't make flukes.

good one, have a hobby that makes you wanna wake up. Don't just study all day, study in parts not for prolonged hours.

Once you start seeing results you'll love the process you'll stop burning out believe me. And one important thing - stop over stimulating your brain, what do i mean by that? Contemporary attention economy has made us chase attention all the time, be at peace with everyday life ,slow down a bit , so you don't chase for quick dopamine and burn out when you don't get it.
