i usually get 10-11/12 questions right in RCs , every question which i get wrong is me choosing the option saying partial correct instead of the fully correct i succesfully eliminate the other two .. please help how to deal with this

Whenever you’re down to 2 options, don’t go with “which feels better”, run 4 fixed checks in your head:
The right answer in RC is usually simple, slightly boring, and perfectly aligned with the author; the wrong one is usually “interesting” or slightly over-explanatory to make you feel smart for picking it.
Second, for the next 5-6 mocks, don’t just see “shit, this was wrong” and move on. For every RC question you get wrong:
Alternatively use the more comprehensive 5 Whys framework that Bhavesh Bhaiya talks about.
You’ll start seeing that the same pattern is repeating in your mistakes - maybe you keep falling for options that over-generalise, or that bring in your outside knowledge, or that focus on examples instead of the core point. Once you see the pattern clearly, you’ll start catching it live in the exam.
