Is this level of accuracy is sufficient to score around 60+ in QA MCQ section or should I just try to improve more !!!!

84% accuracy is pretty good, but if you're targeting 60+, you should focus on increasing your attempt rate as well. Your current attempt rate is 51%, so try to attempt more questions while maintaining an accuracy of around 80% or higher. Keep practising and analysing your mocks to identify where you're losing time.
