Yesterday I gave a mock.. scored 170 around in it with decent score in VA but scored too bad in QA ( single digit scores in both the sections )
Today when I analysed the mock I could solve 17-18 whole questions( together ) on my own but couldn't even understand those yesterday
Someone plz tell what should I do 😭🙏

Was it because of the stress / time-pressure? What do you think is the rootcause?
Time pressure
Also my sa didn't went well so had a guilt/pressure of that too in MCQ..
I understand. Treat every section in IPMAT as a separate exam. SA went bad completely. Okay, that exam is done. Now MCQ, whole new exam, VA, whole new exam.
That mentality will help you at least get a backup in case things do not go well on the actual exam day.
For your time pressure, you will slowly understand when to skip a question and not have a toxic relationship with it. You need to learn how to skip quickly if things are not panning out.
That's why we have the time taken per question on the top right. If you feel it is a lot for a particular question, it's completely okay to skip and do other questions.
