my first mock went terrible

Here are our candid observations:

You need to develop mock strategy. You didn't get to see the Q26 in MCQ (DILR set) itself. What if it was an easy question?

Your current level of quants is not enough from a conceptual standpoint too. Please increase the difficulty of what you're studying + practice more. Math is all about practice.

These kinds of questions are standard SI-CI which is available in our L3 topic-tests. You need to reach a point where you're able to solve this in less than 3 minutes.

When we see the question-picking metric (1 out of 19), it also shows that you're not able to identify the easy questions (remember: easy questions are 4 marks; hard questions are also 4 marks).

In Verbal Ability, you need to start answering more questions. You attempted 25 out of 45. Even if you got all of them right, you wouldn't have cleared the cutoff.

I don't see daily practice of RC -- please start doing this, that's how you'll improve your speed. You can't do this in the last few months, these things should have been started 2 months earlier, but at least start it from tonight.

It's good that you've defined new words. Please spend 15-20 minutes daily in the spaced-repetition flashcards page.

I'll recommend you to complete the worksheets attached with the video lectures (and watch them too -- it's not yet watched).

And then jump to the topic tests at the earliest.

It's good that we've caught this now (than later). You can still make it -- please upgrade the difficulty of your practice at the earliest.
