so I have few qs which I was not able to solve or made silly mistakes , both in va and qa but the main thing which concerns me is that how do I maintain an error book
ik this sounds dumb but how do I do it in the right way?
cause these small things do matter ALOT and I dont want to do it in a wrong way.

Dude, in my opinion if you're on afterboards then there is literally no need for the error book.
Rather what i would suggest is bookmark questions on the site that you got wrong (according to the mistake type) put it in the doubts bucket if its something really different (btw you can also make named buckets in the doubt section) . After which just go through them once a while
baaki if youve made the formula book then keep on adding unique concepts in it.

Keeping a error book is efficient if you actually go through it after!
Jot down the questions with the mock number written on them, try them without looking at the solutions and then note the solution. You can also do this with the 'analyse' option on the afb itself too! You can put filters for a certain section (QA/MCQ or VA) and then find all the questions in one place (just incase you want to save time).
Try to go thorugh the flagged questions 2-3 times a week.
