i am a full dropper and this year i did nothing except than studying. I'm little nervous because other than studying i only invest myself in little bit of physical exercises.
Won't it make the panel think that i gave my whole 1 year to just 1 exam and did nothing other than that. IK ECAs didn't play much role but in my case dedicating 1 year to just an exam with no backup can make them feel that i am lethargic about learning new things.
i reside in Lucknow and IIM lucknow is organising its fest. I'm planning to participate in IIML MUN , so will it going to be helpfull anyhow in my interviews or will it going to waste my time and i should focus in the preparation if IPMAT only.

Interviews can be scary. It is not. At the end of the day, they're just Indian uncles and aunties: it's like talking to your parents' friends.

If you're scoring >180 marks in mocks, then sure -- no harm in taking a day out and going to IIM Lucknow. It'll be a good experience.
You can always do some academic activities: tutor someone, solve doubts of IPMAT itself, write technical articles on Medium.
