I come from a pcb background , so i need to justify my reasons to transition from science to managment and i want to make sure they are right reasons not just the obvious one , but i dont know how put it.
Like my reason was that i feel more aligned to work in dynamic environment rather than purely academic or clinical ones and that I wanted exposure to diverse subjects( i dont know ,i just love to) where I can develop leadership and communication skills .While I deeply respect the medical profession, I realised I could not find the level of passion and long-term commitment it truly demands. Also that i am dropper and i didn't gave neet 2025 because i was underage, so i want to make sure it doesn't look like i am running away from it considering that my class 12 percentage was 96.4 which was 2nd in my class .
I need guidance from seniors, please.

Sounds like a solid reason. You felt a greater inclination towards learning management as compared to medical. You cannot put it into words but intrinsically, management feels like a calling.
so i can put it like this , i mean without giving any experience or something that caused this realisation?
like how should i start it, i am confused about the opening sentence.
