My introduction and my preparation status -
I am preparing well for all the subjects of ipmat . I have done 1 chapters on all subjects and continuing with the same with alot of practice. Now my problem is that :
I know that current affairs and general awareness questions are asked in pi but , I don't know how to prepare for it . What are the habits that I should develop, how to prepare, what free sources to use , how to cover general awareness questions,how to cover current affairs etc .
Because I am doing self study this year . There is one of my friend who is in coaching. The coaching is giving them gk and current affairs lectures and notes . They are been given a whole book of notes for gk and current affairs in which they can solve questions and make notes . In my case , I know nothing about how to prepare for it, how can I utilise which resources etc
Please help me . (2028 aspirant)(No coaching for this year , just self study through free resources)

Interviews can be scary. It is not. At the end of the day, they're just Indian uncles and aunties: it's like talking to your parents' friends.

The current-affairs of your PI (which will happen in May/June/July 2028)... hasn't happened yet.
Interview panelists stick to extremely relevant issues -- they even ask, "What were the headlines in TODAY's paper?"
You trying to learn every nitty-gritty of CA/GK currently is not smart for IPMAT. It's not the best investment of time.
Whatever you learn in 2026 -- it won't come in CUET 2028 either!
Focus on QA & VA right now! Don't let FOMO eat you up.
