(I don't remember the exact words I said or they said so I am just writing down the crux)

Enters, greets , F asks to sit and i do

F:- What is with all of you wearing black ?? Is it a coaching thing or what??

Me:- no ma'am I actually wore black cause my uncle said it was classic (something like that )

F:- We really wanna see different colours , during Covid online interviews we saw a lot of different colours anyways

(This colour thing lasted around a minute or so)

She asked me to introduce myself and which stream I am from and I just spoke two lines stating my name and where I am from and told my stream(commerce with applied maths) and told my % in class 10 and 12 which was 96% in both

She interrupted and said tell us something that isn't mentioned in your profile

I thought for a second and said ma'am all those achievements that I achieved , i did not get that by working extremely hard or pushing myself but because I genuinely enjoyed it and that's why I was able to stay consistent so easily and this is something that isn't mentioned in my profile.

she asked what all options I had , I said I was done with my rohtak and amritsar interview and i had shillong and ranchi calls , she asked what about Du , I said ma'am I did not prepare for Cuet so I didn't score well and got only 820/1000 and I won't get any good north campus colleges but south campus maybe , she asked still if I was considering , I said no ma'am I am not considering any DU colleges as I wanted to pursue management only so I kept my focus completely on ipmat )

She then asked about Scientific principles of management and what were my views on it , i said according to taylor there should be a post possible way to do a task which should be determined by scientific principles and rule of thumb should not be followed and I think that's a great thing to have

She asked if his principles were still relevant in today's world and i said yes they were , they asked which sector were they not relevant in and I thought for a second and said i was not sure , she asked but still which sector do you think , I said marketing and advertising

She asked so you are saying that Taylor's principles don't apply in marketing and advertising??

I said no ma'am that's not what I meant , I said in marketing and advertising for example we are designing a poster for some company , we can't have a best possible way of doing it as it depends from company to company.

And then she handed over to sir.

Sir said so you had maths as your subject

I said yes sir I had applied maths as my subject

He asked my favourite topic

I said percentage profit loss partnership

He asked what is compound interest

I explained

He asked to write down the formula and so I did

He asked what is N in this formula , I said sir it is the time period for example number of years if compounded annually

He asked what if compounded half yearly , i said sir we could multiply number of years by 2 and reduce the rate by half

He said what if quarterly

I said sir multiply by 4 and divide the rate by 4

He asked monthly i said multiply by 12 and then he started cutting me in between

He asked what if daily , i said multiply by 365 and ... He cuts again and asked hourly , i said further multiplying and dividing by 24 , he again cut and asked for seconds , I said further multiply and divide by 3600 and then he asked compounded every moment

(This one seemed like he was trying to stress me or something but thankfully i did not get stressed)

I said sir it would tend to infinity or something like that

He asked quite firmly if I was sure it would tend to infinity , I said no sir I am not sure

He asked if I knew of the concept of continuous compounding and I said no sir

He then moved on to graphs

Asked me to draw the graph of y=x , drew that in an instant

Then asked to draw y=2x+1 on the same graph

I took just 5-6 seconds and drew the line , the cuts didn't seem proper so I drew another graph with both lines and showed

He then asked where it will cut the x axis, I answered almost instantly for both and then asked intersection point which too I got almost immediately ,like just a second or 2

He then asked to draw y=x^2 which I drew instantly and then he asked to calculate area bound by the parabola and 2x+1

I began by integrating both the equations and did that correctly while explaining out aloud to him , then said we would find intersection points of these and was finding it when he moved on to the next question

The graph segment went really great and I was really quick and on point with all answers and hope that impressed him
