Told them I had my English scores for revaluation, rechecking the questions. Asked me what the process was like, in depth.
I had been in the same school for a long time, asked me about it. What are the two things you like, and two that you dislike about it?

General discussion again, over to panelist 2(I think he might have been the faculty for sociology? Asked if I studied it since I had humanities.)
Academic questions on psychology, some beyond the scope of the syllabus since I said I was interested in psychodynamic theory
Dream analysis, Id and ego(got the answer slightly wrong here, helped me correct it)
Defense mechanisms, asked about sublimation and displacement which weren't in the syllabus, told them so(they changed the question)
Were not very satisfied with an example I used, but they again helped me reach the correct answer instead of dismissing it straight away
Asked me about a gold field in Andhra, could'nt answer but blurted out that I could immediately recall the movie title KGF🥲🙂. They were kind enough to laugh it off and asked me to expand this title instead. Where was this gold field located? I was uncertain if it was in Andhra, but clarified later that it was in Karnataka(because the industry–)
Asked the gold rates, couldn't recall the exact figures but knew the international rates were going down, and that it was still expensive in India because of the excise duties.

Maths, eco, pol sc, psychology, english
For rohtak, almost all the questions were from psychology, similar scenario in ranchi too. So yes they do. And they'll ask from eco and maths too

Thanks, it's my best bet. On the other hand my parents are sceptical since it wasn't acads heavy and seemed generalised.
How did your interview go? People have been saying the third panel grilled a lot
I can't tell how my interview went because it was quite opinion based and cant really tell whether they liked it or not😭 but ah yes they did go in deep about the UN, though they weren't that aggressive (maam ki shakal pe thoda gussa dikh rha tha but i dont think she was angry -- maybe just plsying good cop bad cop)
On the contrary I prefer answering opinion based questions, atleast there isn't a wrong answer.
And I could never answer UN questions out of the blue, that when I make it a point to mention my interest in current affairs and geopolitics. Seems like a stress interview
Interviews can be scary. It is not. At the end of the day, they're just Indian uncles and aunties: it's like talking to your parents' friends.
