CUET ON 6/7 AND ROHTAK PI on 8th

I am very tensed as I am primarily targetting DU but I don't have any backup except rohtak and ipu(indraprastha uni/vips) bba and I have my maths and gat ( most imp for sscbs + decider for north campus) and I don't want to dilute much time on it. I am very confused what should be my priority I am enrolled at ims and I have 1 online mock PI and rest aare offline but I think I shouldn't waste my time in travelling

I am scoring decent in maths cuet but I am scared this year as they are saying it is WAY tougher this year and max attempts have gone till 35-40 and that has blown me off quite a lot

Also I applied for iim shillong but is there a chance of me getting in ? I had a score of 156

Focus on CUET, if the paper is tough, marks fall accordingly, ergo, cutoffs fall, why worry about absolute marks? This isn't CBSE, right?
No one can predict IIM Shillong chances, 50% weightage to interview!
All the best for Rohtak PI, definitely attend it and give it your best, study well on 7th/8th; until then, have maximum priority for CUET as it opens doors to a lot of DU colleges.
