Asking about interview marks
I want to ask about the interview marks for ipmat indore exam.
I was a jee dropper and i didn't know about ipmat when I got to know I filled the form but couldn't clear because of a family tragedy. I cleared JIPMAT but because of same tragedy I could not join college.
I became a double dropper I have started preparing for ipmat indore again.
A senior has told me that for double droppers there is a strict limit of only 5 interview marks out of 35 and double droppers don't get selected.
I am really stressed right now so can you please clear my doubt if there is a limit of 5 marks or not so that I can continue my preparation of if there is a limit I focus on something else. I am EWS candidate.
Thank you

Interviews can be scary. It is not. At the end of the day, they're just Indian uncles and aunties: it's like talking to your parents' friends.

Which senior? What is the proof?
I have not come across any such rule. Interview grading is as per the discretion of the professor.
At the same time, you could count the number of double-droppers in one hand because there's a high correlation with academic knowledge (for the interview) and the ability to perform in boards/entrance-exams.
Regardless, you should always have backup options (esp. CUET). Don't let this eat your mind too much.
The senior is not from iim indore he was a double dropper also.
So just asking is there a good percentage of double droppers at iim indore ipm
This isn't proof for the "5 mark" ceiling unfortunately.
Is it hard for double-droppers? Yes.
Is there a ceiling in interview marks? Probably not.
Then, why is it hard? As Vani said: correlation in most cases.
