Should i mention about my freelancing journey, even if I didn't make any money, like I learned video editing and freelanced in 11th, if yes how do I phrase it

Yes, you can mention it:

I got real-life experience of the value-chain (a small portion of it) when I provided video-editing services as a freelancer: from cold-mailing potential clients, giving free trials, setting up my portfolio -- akin to packaging/signalling my services etc. I didn't make much monetarily but the experience was valuable.

Being able to cite these frameworks and business concepts goes a long way (and then explain it well too).

For context: I took up a skill at the start of 11th (ie video editing) I learned it from basics on my own with free resources, I built my portfolio, set up linkedin and did free sample works for some clients but eventually I didn't make any money, but I was offered a full time position in chennai which I rejected cause I was still in school, is this worth mentioning in IIM B UG interview if yes should I also link things like data science and economics here like I looked at data to pick the skills to learn like that
