I’m done with modern maths algebra and arithmetic, but I find geometry tough. How should I begin, and what materials should I use? I plan to solve Class 11 NCERT for circles and straight lines will that be enough for conceptual clarity, or should I do something more?

You can do the NCERT Geometry (middle-school onwards). Plus, there are insanely clean videos by channels like "Don't Memorise" (for Circles) which explain things in a very illustrative manner.
