Should I analyse these type of hard sets ? or should i leave saying "anyway we don't solve these type of hard DILR sets in exam" ?? ( I'm seriously asking, because it is the matter of giving preparation time, so should i give time or skip analysing hard dilr sets ? )

at this point there r better uses of ur time, just master assessing the difficulty of dilr sets within 30secs without skipping easy ones or wasting time on too hard ones

In my opinion, If you practice for 2 months (seriously) you will start solving hard questions in under 10 minutes. These questions might be a life saver if the winds blew in opposite direction on the D-Day. But the Ball is in your court, your call, your exam, I can only suggest.
