i don't get it how?? who is the person??

Correct

1. "Her father's only son" = her brother (since he's the only male child)

  1. "My son's grandfather" = her brother

So her brother is the grandfather of the speaker's son.

Now, if her brother is the speaker's son's grandfather, then her brother's son would be the speaker's son's father.

But who is the speaker's son's father? That would be the speaker themselves.

Thus, her brother's son is the person speaking (the one pointing at the picture).

The relationship between her brother's son and the person's son is father and son - they are the same person (the speaker) and his son.

Could be off base here, but technically the gender of the speaker hasn't been specified, right? The speaker could be male or female and thus the father or the mother, therefore the final relationship could be father/uncle? The speaker has not been specified as being an only son, only their father has been. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong though!
