Was this set meant to be skipped?

I feel that this set is meant to be skipped in the actual exam as

1. The set has 12 missing cells, I understand if we get the value of single blank cell the set will crumble like a house of cards but getting to that value is difficult. Trial and error does not work as we have to assure every value with 12 mean scores, also the official solution which mentions assuming a variable and expressing all the blank terms in the variable requires a lot of presision and even a single calculation mistake can derail the whole solving

2)after finding the means or expressing in terms of variable it is not enough as variables dont simply make a valid equation, we also have to compare it with medians which ends up consuming more time.

3. The questions are also not straightforward and each question requires its own calculation which can easily take 1-1.5 min each.

So my main question is if we encounter a set like this in the actual exam will it be sensible to just skip it and move forward?
