I need advice on how to tackle DILR sets with multiple tabular data and huge numbers. I feel threatened the moment i see a DILR set with multiple tables and big numbers, for example this week's DILR, the moment i saw it i backed off. I tried solving it but i couldn't.

Your instinct to skip a seemingly large DILR set is valid and it saves you from a lot of time wastage in the real exam. But since you are just practicing untimed, a little closer and calmer look at this particular set would reveal its all about indentifying the right row, column, and executing the big 4 arithmetic operations on it with the added comfort provided by your calculator. In fact Tabular sets like these are considered the easiest, it came in our paper and that was the only easy thing in that paper, imagine judging by its size and skipping it.
Make full use of your calculator for these kind of sets - everybody else will.
