I want to get my obc ncl certificate, and from up my father has applied for state obc online. it has been four days, counting today itself. how could i get my certificate be ready , please help me. i want to fill the form of iim indore. please, tell me the process with how much time it would take?

Oky, but what if even at the last date of the form , I will not be able to get my national certificate done. Can I still tick the obc and on the counselling day, submit my certificate, in hand
