Preparation query
I have to start data interpretation from scratch. Could someone suggest the best playlist for that in English, please? I don't know Hindi. Or is it advisable to learn that from Arun Sharma's book?

Arun Sharma's basic DILR is a very good starting point. ElitesGrid has a good CAT playlist (very good for building basics -- however, unsure if it is purely English, they do mix Hindi).
Try seeing the top 3-4 playlists and seeing what vibes with you the most!
DILR's main idea is to learn to read between the lines! If I say "There are 5 boys. Harish sits with Manish to his right", that also implies that "any of the other 3 boys can't be to the right of Harish" and it also implies that "Harish is always on Manish's left" --> which could also imply that Manish can't be on the left-most position and Harish can't be on the right most position.
