Why does day 4 have 2 units of work done
Only Naruto is working hence it should be 1 unit of work

Every odd numbered day another person joins Naruto. The same person will work till the job is completed. On day 3 a new person joined Naruto, the new person will now work till the work is completed thus work efficiency is 2 on day 3 as well as day 4. Similarly on day 5 another one joins! I remember answering it recently, I also got mixed up in the language.
