I am mid way of class 12th, i gave a mock today nd saw that a almost 50% of quants was from 11th maths. I am quite familiar with binomial sequnce series and straight lines to some extent. is there a need for me to do the rest of the chapters again?

Just go through the topic tests and revise topics that you are not able to answer.
Yep! This is the best advice. Instead of it being a "do everything again" -- test yourself for your weakness, then revise those topics again.
