In this answer the values of f(n) have been restricted to two extreme cases whether we could have have 4n-26 or -4n+26, but with n lying anywhere shouldnt we have more than just these two cases? for eg had f(n) lied between 8.5 and 11 we would have gotten 6n-48. same goes for f(n+1)
