Put the values of a,b,c to make it easier . Here is the way i tried ........The power of x is 0 here however if we manipulate a ,b and c they will give some values but we don't need to consider this as options themselves has given us the hint . Judgment of options is very important to make this typical question an easir one
I think I it better to use property
oh yeah...i see , i misinterpreted the question as the powers being in numberator and x in denominator
