"aise kaun doubt puchta hai"
Brother if you do not understand their doubt kindly ignore the post and move forward, no need to comment like this now, is it? It just unnecessarily discourages the other person.
Afterboards solutions aren't always understood by everybody.
firstly, i didn't discourage him. i just said ask your doubts clearly so that whoever comes acrosss this post could understand what exactly is his doubt.

Thanks in advance
The clock loses 3 minutes per hour as compared to actual time. Now for actual time to be equal to the clock's the time, the clock has to lose 24 hours. This would take 480 hours of time i.e. 20 days. So it the same 7 times b/w 1 Jan to 1 Jun. But the question also tells that the time at the start and after reset would also be considered- at the start both are 12:00 and after reset both are 12:00 too. Therefore, 7+2 = 9 times, the clocks would show same time 9 times.
Thanks buddy 🙂
