After seeing the sample paper what do you guys think about the cut off and the difficulty level of the final exams?

I had given this mock yesterday under exam-like conditions and these are my observations :
-VARC : I found VARC very easy and manageable ( even though I am relatively weak in VARC ). VARC consisted of your typical RC and verbal abilty as seen in IPMAT, however , if i were to compare IPMAT's VARC with this one, I'd say that UGAT one was def easier.....
I think that they are going to ramp up the diffuculty , a safe cutoff would be 35/45.
-LR : LR was quite simple and easy aswell, infact i was expecting CAT level LR but ig that's not the case now.

-Quant : I found quant moderate,it wasn't that tough, nor was it a cakewalk. we didn't get to see much of CALC and STATS, but i think they are going to add more questions from these topics
I think the difficulty was appropriate for this exam , safe cutoff would be 45/90.

Please also try to predict the IPMAT Indore 2026 cutoff too. Btw, congrats that we finally someone who can tell us the cutoffs even before the exam!!
How do you "predict" the cutoffs of a paper that hasn't even been released?
If the exam is easy, the cutoff will be higher.
If the exam is hard, the cutoff will be lower.
Please understand what "retrospective analysis" means -- the cutoff is decided (for IPMAT Indore) such that the top ~800 students (category-wise) are called.

No, please DO NOT take my word for these figures, listen to bhavesh bhaiya, this is just my own opinion and it DOES NOT have any credibility whatsoever. You specifically asked for "opinions" not facts in your query...

Why do you think that they'd ramp up the difficulty? (not saying they can't -- but what gives you this surety?)
Now, my theory might sound far fetched but........
I think they are collecting our data and now they are going to set a challenging paper on the basis of that data, It's very interesting that they've made a "mock" instead of posting a PDF, on top of that, they did not even display our result, they just displayed a message saying " Thank you ! Your attempt has been submitted successfully". I think that they are feeling things out and seeing how it goes.
Now why are they doing this ? maybe because they wanted to set the "perfect" paper ? maybe they didn't want this to turn out like CAT 2025? Maybe they wanted to candidates an idea of how the paper/layout is going to be ? no one knows ( except them ofc ). If they get to know that candidates found VARC or LR easy , according to my theory, they would ramp up the difficulty to ensure maximum competition...

Cutoffs are a retrospective analysis. Top 500 students would be called (split it category-wise). So, it would be hard to predict without having real attempt data of students.
Don't worry too much about it. Just focus on learning from every single question of the sample paper and patching your knowledge gap.
I'd put this exam in the same difficulty bracket as the general IPMAT Indore exam (2024/25).
