Those are unreliable random websites that put out numbers / data as per SEO needs. We've seen websites like those have wrong eligibility data, wrong syllabus data, etc.
If it's on the official website, then well and good.
If it's not, then take it with a pinch of salt.
Regardless, delays aren't uncommon.
