if you have noticed the leader of leaderboard with 70k+ organes (ipmat 2026), he also prepared for 2025 ipmat and if you will look at it, he was consistent since december and he studied heavily in the month of april and may and he still couldn't clear it since he is still preaparing, now for ipmat 2026
what went wrong with him even after all that practice?

They can be used as a gender neutral pronoun, even if it is a single human. Even IPMAT follows this writing convention.
Singular they is a valid use: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singular_they
Even the APA guide (for research across IIMs) accepts the singular they.
