let me be honest, don't wait for the perfect strategy or a perfect plan, Strategy banane se padhai nahi hoti. Book uthake questions solve karne se hoti hai.
You've got a good resource already, Quants (CAT) by Arun sharma, you can study basic theory + formulas from YouTube videos, attempt the topic wise tests on afterboards (if you have it) and then go to do Arun Sharma LOD 1, 2 and 3(if avail for that chapter).
as per the topic order, there's no magic sequence you can crack, but I can suggest you start with Arithmetic topics like Percentages, Ratios, Averages and time and work. These form the basis for other topics as well, so it's easier for you to understand mixed concept questions for further topics like P and C.
Talking on your sectional thing, change the definition of a ''good score'', since you're doing Arun Sharma, solving 60% of LOD 2 correctly is a good progress, and try to understand the solution and different ways to solve a problem, since you've got time, understand concepts initially instead of chasing scores
