For VA, its always about practice. Write sectionals, and then go through solutions of all -- not just the incorrect ones but also the correct ones. Try writing the algorithms ya rules, if there exists one/you can form one, of the kind of questions you got incorrect. A little bit of introspection is all it takes. Good Luck!
